Does this sound like FM? Advise needed

Hi to everyone and apologys as i think this may be long! and i appreciate everyone who reads/answers me to help.
I had carpal tunnel release last year in one wrist since then i have developed loads of symptoms of which my physio has said could be FM.
My Symptons are : pain in all joints (or just around the joints), swelling feeling in ankles wrists but not actual swelling, bruised feelings, like someone is poking me really hard, headaches when pressure is put on my neck i;e if i am resting my head against a pillow etc.. muscles in arms ache/hurt and feel sore when doing simple things like hanging the washing out. I cant rest my kness together due to the bruised feelings. I wake constantly during the night due to pain and numbness also when sat down i have pain/ache at the base of my spine. I currently go to the pain clinic and have been put on pregabalin (lyrica) 3 months ago which seem to have taken the sharpness of the pain away but nothing else. My specialist has sent my for a bone scan and says everything is clear, bloods have come back clear but this is driving me mad, i am in so much pain all the time. I feel a fraud as no-one can see anything wrong with me but to me its so real.
Thank you so much for reading all this, i really hope someone can give me advise as my doctor tells me i am too young to have anything like FM (i'm 36) and i know people can be dx alot younger.

Welcome Lee

Their are many people younger than 36 with Fibromyalgia, i have no idea where your doctor seems not.

If all possible, you may need to see a rheumatologist for a correct diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. Some doctors really are clueless at treating Fibromyalgia .

In your post you are listing many symptoms of Fibro.

Wish you well

Many thanks for taking the time to reply to me Behappy2, i have seen a rheumatologist who sent me for a bone scan, that was over 6 months ago and he said he would see me again in 6 months (still waiting for the apt) and he said he expected to hand me back over to my own doctor!
xx Lee

Your welcome Lee, If i can be of any help, i try.

If you have not done this already may i suggest this. Always get copies of test results. Especially before the follow up appointment.

I've learned to do this for many reasons. I have found abnormalties written in test results that my doctor would forget about mentioning it to me.

Test copies are free to the patient and available at the place of where you had the test.

Since Fibromyalgia is so complicated this is even on more reason to get copies of blood tests and any tests.

Wish you well
