I did gain a little after starting Lyrica but I was recovering from knee surgery at the time. I did not notice an increased appitite at all. I have been on it since 2007 and am back down to size 14. I know for some that might be big but for me it is the norm at 5'9". I would rather be a little heavier than to deal with the pain and fear of losing another job due to too many sick days from flares. And a little excersise doesn't hurt. I am one who swears by my Lyrica...lol
