About those muscle twichtes
What can you do about those but ride them out I have meds for them but I still have to wait for it to work and I take it three times a day along with pain meds.

For me consuming a product with the additive MSG caused a very annoying twitch hours after eating it. I now avoid it.

Are these twitches normal? I've had Fibromyalgia since around 1966 and it's been only recently that I've noticed my body 'jerking' or 'twitching' when I am falling asleep in my chair.

Does anyone know why this happens?
