Re: Infrared Sauna Treatment for Fibromyalgia

I've never heard of it - sounds like it will be fab - I use infrared heat on my massage bed and sometimes a sauna (as long as it's not too dry a heat) I'd be very interested to hear how it goes - enjoy

Re: Infrared Sauna Treatment for Fibromyalgia

Just checked these infrared saunas out - I WANT ONE! They sound fantastic - the benefit of the heat but without the dryness that I hate - plus they look not too expensive - maybe when we move that might be my treat to myself. And it also sounds like they might help with weight loss - BONUS!

Re: Infrared Sauna Treatment for Fibromyalgia

well the massage therapy place I go to is getting one installed today..there are so many benefits such as relaxes muscles, for acne, for sinuses, lowers cholesterol, 30 min in one is equal to 1 hour of exercise so weight loss, increases cardiac output...there are so many health benefits..but they help with pain and is why they are good for fibromyalgia
