If you're absolutely certain then having your tubes tied would be the best option. I had it done very young, but even with so many medical conditions I still had to fight with the three doctors that were necessary to agree to the procedure. The major factors on my side was that I'd already given birth twice and it had caused damage to my heart. But still they said, what if you change your mind when you're older and want to have more children? My response was that why would I want to want to further damage my heart? I was 19 and never so sure of anything in my life. I never regretted it. In other words, be prepared for a fight; not a lot of doctors want to do something so permanent for their patients.
