Low Potassium Lexapro

This wasn't really too much out of normal range but my potassium is a few numbers below normal and my total protein is one number above normal. I'm thinking the diarrhea the Lexapro caused could have shot my blood work a little out of wack. The diarrhea has stopped so could my potassium go back to normal without medication treatment? I'm also thinking though if it is diarrhea/mild dehydration issue, why was my specific gravity in my urinalysis 1.013, that's going to be high in a dehydration state. Then again maybe those numbers mean nothing since it wasn't too far out of range??
