back pain :(

so last week I had this back pain like i pulled my back out. yesterday I took a shower. several minutes later my back is killing me i hurts to walk. and my right leg was burning i had these burning zaps going all the way down my leg. my leg is better today but my back still hurts. i feel better if i'm laying down or sleeping. but all this from a shower? it hurt right after I got out. anyone else experience this?

Thanks in advance!

BTW: I did once pull my back out years ago I was all hunched over and i had to use a cane to walk. I was in bed for a week with that blue goop stuff. this was way before I started having problems.

Re: back pain :(

hello snowbunny,
the body never forgets. old injuries seem to be a favorite dish for my fibro to dine upon. perhaps it is time to see your doc about that old injury and make sure there are no changes to address? if all is well, then yea, you can say, hello fibro you stinker, knowing it will go away.
can you get a massage? that i find more helpful for old memories of injuries my body decided are new again. silly body.
anything can set off fibro, even a shower or just moving!
hope it eases more each day.
peace,
bluelakelady
