I have Fibro but the last two bad flares I had I wound up vomiting along with the pain and exhaustion. Is this part of the flare? I have never had this happen before. I have had Fibro for many years, but the bad flares did not start until 2004. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My doc gave me something for nausea. I only take it when I need it, just from time to time. Heavy pain can definitely cause nausea. But nausea and actually vomiting are different. Please check with your doc.
I have never had a problem with Tramadol before. I do get migraines but few and far between. I do know that this last flare was soon after my son in-law was in hospital with stomach virus. Maybe it was the virus itself that caused the flare in the first place. I could have caught his virus and then went into flare considering the vomiting thing went on throughout most of this last flare. I will consult my doctor though. Thanks for all your responses.
