Anneprit

I wake up in the night and in the morning with very painful pins and needles in my hands and fingers. I also have pain in my legs, my neck & shoulders and my back during the night and daytime. I take Co-codamal for the pain but it is not sufficient. On bad days I am very weak and cannot function so I have to go to bed. I have had my wrists and neck x rayed for arthritis and the result was negative. What are your thoughts/diagnosis please?
