Is it your ribs? I have horrible pain in my ribs. Both sides though. I hope you feel better

It could be costochondritis, located in that area. This condition is extremely painful and and keep you from wearing anything tight (bra for instance). The other thing is you might have a rib that is tweaked and a visit to the chiropractor can set you straight.
