Two Anti-Depressants?
My new rheumy just prescribed Pristiq as well as Elavil. Is it safe to take both at the same time?

I don't know, but I do know they commonly prescribe 2 anti-depressants that do different things.

I am on both Cymbalta and Savella, both SSNRIs. The way I understand it is that even though they work on both, Cymbalta works more on seratonin and Savella works more on norepinenephrine.

I am on Sevella, Amatryptaline (Elevil) Diclofonac.

I was prescribed the Amatryptaline first (Savella wasnt out yet) I am on 10mg at night only before bed. How much are you on? 10mg is to help with SLEEP ISSUES.

I take 50mg of Savella in the morning and 50mg in the late afternoon. My PA prescribed Savella to help with energy. I take 30mg of Cymbalta at bedtime as that helps me sleep and depression. I tried to do just the Savella but it made me angry like.
