General Question
 

I have a question. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have had bouts of "forgetfulness" before like forgetting where I parked (which I always do) or forgetting what I'm going to say mid-conversation. My friend (who doesn't have fibro) and I laugh because we both do it. My question is what's the difference btw "fibro fog" and just being forgetful?

If it started when your fibro did, it's fibro fog. If you've had it all your life, it's just being forgetful. :D

I love you Jane, I couldn't have put that any better. LOL..Fibro fog strikes us all. I had horrible bouts of it last summer when I was at my worst. I think after a while the brain learns how to compensate..Good luck and remember you are not alone..
