I have had Fibromyalgia for 22 yrs. The last several months I have been experiencing leg calf pain, which is a new symptom for me. I have had cardiovascular tests and they are negative. Has anyone else experienced this as part of Fibromyalgia??
Oh yes, I get this pain but in my whole left leg..Only when I am laying down. The pain is excruciating. But mine is nerve pain, neurontin helps, if I increase my evening dose by 100mg it gets rid of that pain. The pain I get is not achy like a muscular pain but sharp and unrelenting. I can deal with most types of pain, just breathing and learning to relax, but not with this pain, it literally makes me want to scream..I have had calf cramps before, which for me is more like a severe contraction of the muscles. Painful but eases pretty easily. Good luck honey.
