The balls of my feet are really really hurting lately. It is hard to walk, they hurt so much. Between my feet and hands, hips and knees I am a mess. The foot thing is new and I am not happy.
I have really bad foot/ankle pain and the bottoms of my feet feel stiff when I walk. Actually my whole body is stiff and painful but most days my feet are the worst. Went to the neurologist on Wed and was told I'm falling over because of neuropathy (even though I use a cane on the bad days)
If you are having foot pain, get yourself to a good shoe store. Forget the Footlocker, a real, privately owned sneaker store with footwear experts. I will never forget the first time I wore shoes with correct insoles that really fit my narrow feet and my high arches. It was... actively comfortable, and my feet are so much less tired at the end of the day.
So. See a footwear expert. If that doesn't work, get it checked out by a doctor.
yes i also have foot pain, toe pain,..... massaging your lower back and butt area helps w/losing up those tight muscles , that the nerves run down into your legs and so forth, helps me.
I have to agree with iwillgtwell, I have the foot pain too and have been diagnosed with bartonella and lyme disease, after being misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia.
I have been on antibiotic treatment for a year now and have much improved.
I too do not remember a tick bite or a rash, and I also tested negative 3 times. The tests are notoriously unreliable.
Really the only Doctor who could possibly diagnose Lyme would be an LLMD, Lyme Literate Medical Doctor.
A Lyme diagnosis is a clinical one, supported by blood tests.
In your shoes I would not rule it out unless you have seen an LLMD.
