Hello Everyone I have some problems and looking for help advice or anything. I'm 42 year old woman i worked nights for years so
Thought that was reason for pain. I no longer work nights an here are my problems. I have extreme body pain after laying down my feet kill upon standing. My hips hurt after sitting when i sleep my arms go numb. The list goes on. I have researched Fibromylagia but don't know if this fits any ideas or comments appreciated thanks all

Diapain, your symptoms could be combination of different problems or it could be problems with a pinched nerve or something in your back. Foot pain could be plantar faciitis or inflamed bursa. Sometimes it is best to be tested and eliminate each problem before grouping them all together as fibro.

I agree with Glojer. There are specific points on the body which are used to diagnose fibromyalgia if they are found to be tender and painful. The numbness may be caused by another problem such as pinched nerve, as Glojer said, or poor circulation. You also may have gotten into unnatural sleep habits which have affected your sleep cycle, and that could be making you have pain.
