| | Elevated sed rate and positive ANA typical of fibro?
I called one of my rheumies today to see if my test results were in and was able to speak with a nurse. I didn't know that he tested for so much, but the nurse said that the TSH was good (he didn't check T3/T4...major bummer), rheumatoid factor is normal, sjogren's is negative, and overall blood count, liver, etc is okay. She said that the only things out of line were that my sed rate is slightly elevated and the ANA screen is positive, titer, and speckled (this was checked in Sept and it was positive then).
I just wanted to know if these results are pretty common for fibro by itself, or are they cause to keep looking for something else? Thanks!
