How many hours are you sleeping? Hello. With fibromyalgia, are you able to sleep? and how many hours are you able to sleep? |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? Initally without meds I barely could sleep, now 20+ years later I sleep about 9 hours if my life allows |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? I like about 8-9 hours per night. Lately I've been busy, only managing 6-7. But when I am out of control, I can only sleep about 5 hours before I have to get up to ease the back pain. |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? Hello With meds I can get up to 6 hours, without i will go up to a week without sleep. |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? Yikes! Almost a week with no sleep! That's just not enough... Theres gotta be a way for you to get rest... I take flexeril (muscle relaxer). I could sleep 9 hours but don't.... I enjoy my alone time to much after everyone is in bed... So I usually sleep 6 hours... One of these days I need to learn to go to sleep sooner. We really do need sleep so our bodies can heal.... |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? I've been sleeping 9-10, but I wake up every 1.5 to 2 hours to go pee, so it doesn't feel lik I sleep that much. |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? 3-4. Sometimes more sometimes less. I wake up every hour. I do take a hr nap on days that its possible |
Re: How many hours are you sleeping? I agree you have to get some sleep. Any chance you are dosing.? |
