Re: How many hours are you sleeping?
I like about 8-9 hours per night. Lately I've been busy, only managing 6-7. But when I am out of control, I can only sleep about 5 hours before I have to get up to ease the back pain.

Re: How many hours are you sleeping?
Yikes! Almost a week with no sleep! That's just not enough... Theres gotta be a way for you to get rest...
I take flexeril (muscle relaxer). I could sleep 9 hours but don't.... I enjoy my alone time to much after everyone is in bed... So I usually sleep 6 hours... One of these days I need to learn to go to sleep sooner. We really do need sleep so our bodies can heal....

I've been sleeping 9-10, but I wake up every 1.5 to 2 hours to go pee, so it doesn't feel lik I sleep that much.

Re: How many hours are you sleeping?
Have been taken off all meds until I officially get diagnosed (yep makes sense pain till I get an appointment in 12 months) so don't sleep much prob 4 hours a night and am always awake early as I can't stay lying down for long periods as the pain gets to bed
Does anyone else get sore from lying down?
