Re: hot tub

I have a nice big bathtub with jets in it. It really does help, and I should use it more often than I do.

It's number two on my list of weapons against pain:

#1 Stretching and moving

#2 Hot bath

#3 Medication

However, before you pay to have it installed, perhaps you could try one out someplace else. If you can't find one at a nearby gym, check into a hotel with a hot tub for one night.

Re: hot tub

I find it gives me great relief and when I use it for a bad flare I need less pain relief meds.

Re: hot tub

I have one and it works wonders - especially if I have been driving or legs are hurting through being on them for a few days at work

Re: hot tub

hi,
i cannot imagine life without my hot tub. giggle. worth every penny. a dip every morning and sometimes in the evening if it's been a long day.
suggest you stick with non chlorine supplies. easier on the skin and our sensitive noses.
peace,
bluelakelady
