Elmbabies3 Member (female) Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: OH, United States Posts: 82	Diagnosis & Treatment Plan I had my follow up appt with the rheumatologist today. The final diagnosis is, I guess, Fibromyalgia. They ran lots of tests and they all came back pretty normal except my Vit D levels were low. I was prescribed nortriptyline and tramadol. Does anyone have any experience with these medications they would like to share?
