| New diagnosis need some info
I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and am taking gabapentin 300mgx3 once every day. I usually take it at night cause wow the whole walking into walls thing cause of the light headedness and the fog isnt so good lol it helps with the pain but my main thing is mental fog, bad memory, trouble multi tasking and instability with walking sometimes. I know with it your suppossed to excersise but it can be difficult due to fatigue plus having IBS, tmj and possible chronic fatigue syndrome doesnt help either.. plus winter is coming and I always have trouble dealing with the cold lol.
My question is do people have pains in their hands and feet as well? I tend to get pains in my fingers and in my feet when I walk alot so I wasnt sure if its because of my fibromalygia or what.

Osteoarthritis 
The pains in my hands and feet can be extremely bad. Mostly in my hands the sharp pain can make it really hard to do things. I have pretty bad muscle weakness and spasms in my hands to so ive been trying a few things to help with that. Ive been taking vitamin D to see if thats the reason for my muscle weakness. I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 19 and have been really sick from that so I have always struggled with excersising because of that. I know it is important to do especially with fibromalygia but I dont want to overdo it and hurt myself which is why I was thinking about going to phsyio therapy to help strengthen my body. What do you guys think?
