Had my Hearing using the new SSA Ruling for Fibro.Been 2 weeks waiting for ALJ decision.He asked to change my Onset date 4 months prior to application date..what does this mean??Is he thinking about approving me..This has been a long 2 1/2 yr battle...thanks and gente hugs

sounds like you won girl. they don't do that unless the answer is yes. i'd say it's safe to hope again. sending yes energy for you.

Thanks..ALJ didn't say I was approved at the hearing ,Unless it was something I didn't understand..The VE said No to all 4 Hypothetical answers and the Judge was very nice..almost like me was guiding me throuh questions
that's how the judge is supposed to act. they seldom do unless they like something about you or just know by instinct you are not a fake. i was the first to be granted ssdi for fibro related stress. they could not say fibro but they could say fibro induced stress makes it impossible for me to function in a work place. that was almost 18 years ago. glad to hear there is a new addition to the list of qualified illness's. that is good news.

I applied 2 yrs & 8 months ago. Supposedly waiting for a hearing since February... Just seems so hopeless. Yet what can you do? Finances are sooo bad yet can't work. Hard enough not working lol Anyhow, you gave me hope
