I have an area right below my hairline (about an inch wide) that feels like it's bruised. It doesn't hurt as much as a tender spot, but is sensitive. I haven't bumped my head.

I think it's probably just another fibro spot, but it seems like a strange place. I've never seen anything about sensitive forehead muscles. Is there anything else it could be? Some weird skin thing?

I just want to be sure it isn't something I should have checked. It's hard to know what to blame on fibro and what to actually see my GP about.

No place on our bodies are safe from the FM monster. I hate those days that either your hair hurts or your skin.

hi,
i also get that spot. comes and goes. right between the eyes? but above them just a bit? i use a topical pain cream and it does help. years ago my scalp hurt so much where each little hair broke thru. i fixed that by shaving my head 14 years ago and still do.
when in doubt go see your doctor. better to bug him/her for no reason than not go and there is a reason you ought to have. it's never a waste of time to have peace of mind.
