I don't take a single daily. I prefer to target the areas I have issues with.
You might want to try some vit C, D and B complex. B & D help with energy. C is just plain old good for you. And I toss an E in for good measure. Magnesium maleate (malic acid) helps regenerate the muscles and one before bedtime might help with sleep. Omega 3s are good for your joints among other things. I taake it in the form of flaxseed because me and fish oil do not get along at all. Cranberry helps keep UTIs away(so does the C), or a herbal blend that targets urinary health. Probiotics for your yeast problems (or eat greek yogurt daily) plus it aids your digestive track.
I think I got it all.. I need a bigger daily med container lol. I find that is the best way to keep track. Some days I forget if I took thing.
There are lots of herbal pain oils and lotions out there. Do a search and read reviews. I use DReMU pain relief for achy muscles and joints.
Try to remember most of this will do you no good if it's not taken daily
