I have been lurking on this board ever since I decided to go ahead with bunion surgery. I've been putting it off for 25 years and am finally at a place to take the time to recover properly. I realize that alot of people on these forums are having complications and are frustrated with their results and I am sorry to hear that. I am also wondering if anyone is going to or has recently had a bilateral bunionectomy with good results? I am a little apprehensive about my surgery date on 10/5/07 and could use some encouragement. I feel as though I have done proper research and have fully prepared my family and gotten all the necessary supplies for sitting on my behind for 2-4 weeks or so but nevertheless, I am still nervous! Good luck to all those fellow foot pain sufferers out there. At the very least, I know I am not alone!
