physical activities with PTTD and pronation
What physical activities can those of you with severe pronation and PTTD, with it affecting you from feet to hips, do without (much) pain --and enjoy. My 14yo son wears orthotic leg braces and has a LOT of pain and problems, has been very inactive for too long. His knees and hips give him a lot of problems as well as ankles and feet (and calves, thighs --the whole feet to hips thing I already said). I'm looking for short-length activities that he can manage on his best days, things that won't seem like I'm trying to get him active -things he'll have fun with. I've thought of a few and we try a couple, but I'd love to have a lot of ideas from those who are living with the same pain my son is.
