Toe feels like it needs to pop, but can't
My toe (middle one on right foot), has felt like it needs to pop or crack for about a week or so. When I run, it hurts pretty badly, but there's not bruising or swelling that I assume would be present in a broken toe. It hurts when I press the joint.
I frequently crack my toes, which is a terrible habit, but could I possible have dislocated my toe while cracking it? As far as I can remember, it didn't start hurting after any physical injury.
