mesenchymal stem cells for OCD lesions?

Has anyone had this done?

I've been through microfracture 3x
I've been through OATs once
I now have even bigger and more OCD lesions than 6 mos ago and my dr. thinks also now AVN.

He mentioned this technique that insurance will not cover. I think it is really new and probably not used much, but there is info on it online.

Just wondered if anyone had this done and if so, what was your outcome?
