Ankle Instability - What sort of brace are YOU using?

I had a scope done on my ankle two days ago, and when I woke up from sedation, it was wrapped with a tensor bandage.

I have a prescription for a "lace up brace" which I already own.

I am still finding a great deal of instability while wearing this brace - my ankle rolls to the inside with every step. I was wondering what ( if anything ) others are using for instability.
