Unhappy Lisfranc Post Surgery (1 year) Excruciating Pain...

I have a question that hopefully one of you may have some knowledge on! I'm desperate here!
Last January I had my foot reconstructed by getting rid of shattered and fractured bone, and having screws placed inside of it.
I was told it'd be about 6 months before I could run again. And there was a 50% chance the surgery would work.
Well, here I am a year later. My foot hurts every single day, every step. Some days are worse than others. Especially during crappy weather, days I stand a long time, or when I workout.
I've been doing the Insanity program (moving into Week 4 now) and surprisingly, I do OK while exercising. But when I'm done, I'm in awful pain. I limp everywhere now....

How do I make it so I'm not hurting anymore? Have any of you had a surgery similar to this, and hurt as well? Please help! I need some suggestions/advice!
