Post PTT debridement pain

7 weeks ago I had Debridement surgery on my Posterior Tibial Tendon.I was in a boot ,2 weeks NWB,then partial weight bearing increasing until I was full weight bearing in the boot, I am now 7 weeks post surgery and one full week in regular shoes. I did not expect it to feel perfect but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. The pain and limp have gotten worse as the week went on and is as bad if not worse than before surgery. The pain was so bad I was almost in tears twice just trying to buy groceries. My foot
which had pretty much straightened out after surgery is starting to point out again too. Is this a noraml phase of recovery or am I headed for trouble again? My final appointment was a week ago when my doctor put me in shoes full time and said it should be "trending better" from then on.
