does anyone have any knowledge about icing machines (brey polar care etc.) that can be used in place of ice packs after bunion surgery? it seems the logical thing to do but as far as i can see they don't really have a special pad for feet. only knees shoulders etc..would you recommend the ice machine as the way to go instead of using frozen bags of corn etc...?
Whatever works for you is fine, Lots of people do the peas thing - some the gel packs.
As long as the doctor tells you to ice (not all approve of that), any method is fine if oyu have adequate storage and assistance.
