"Twitch" way shall i lay?

I don't know if any of you have had this issue but as of lately I am have a serious issue with the muscles in my ankle all contracting and twitching when I try to relax. I can't seem to find a position for my foot to sit that stops these muscles from going spastic.

I no sooner doze off or full relax and it rips me up out of the chair. And I tell you what, it hurts worse than anything post op. It had my eyes watering tonight. This even happens in the boot.

I'm sure my walking almost two miles yesterday and going bowling today didn't help my problem. Sorry, just had to whine.

I am ready for January 16th to be here and overwith.

This happened to me too, and it was keeping me awake at night. When I told my doctor last July, he prescribed a muscle relaxer. It will make you a bit sleepy. I also found that keeping the leg really warm and covered up helps, even if you need to put your toes out to cool them off!
