about walking

So whenever I walk I'm still on crutches BTW but my hips turn, does anyone do that? How did you bet it to stop? This is my 5th day so far walking.

Erin, your hips turn in? Or out?

Re: about walking

So you walk like you are pigeon toed? You might be compensating for the crutches. See how you do when you get down to one...or...if you are going to be having PT soon, maybe stop in and see if they can assess how you're doing with the crutches.

Huh. Mine turn out... I have to consciously move my foot to get it to be straight...

Re: about walking

Hey Erin, how's the walking going? They told me today that my foot turns out so I need to try to turn my foot inward when I walk...made me think of you!
