Lycurgus

As the title suggests, whenever I sit down, my left foot starts to tingle like it's falling asleep. I'm not sitting on my foot, but just sitting normally in a chair.

Any ideas as to why? This just started today, and for the past few days, whenever I sit down, I have pains in my groin and where the leg meets the groin. It hurts and it's freakin' me out. Any ideas on that as well?
