How much is Lamisil a month? - Foot Problems Message Board

I was just curious about the cost per month of Lamisil. I am planning on going to a Doctor this month re: my nail. Its rather flaky & thick & when I get out of the shower its usually yellow. ANyone know once I get a RX for Lamisil what its costs for a 30 day supplu? Many thanks all!

I dont know the situation nowadays, but when I did Lamasil it was a 90 day prescription, and you had to take a blood test for liver function before the prescription and after 4 weeks before they would give you the rest of the meds. Now, this was over 8 years ago that I did this, but at the time it was about $100 for each 30 day supply. Fortunately, even though it was new at the time, my insurance covered it!

Things may have changed thought -- check with your doctor.

Also, I LOVED it. I had serious bouts of nail and foot fungus (I know, eeeew gross) since I was a child, nothing we tried (even prescription topicals) worked until the doc gave me lamasil. I've never had a problem since!!!!
