I would not have an OS touch my feet unless they specialize in feet and ankles. That is my personal preference. My suggestion is that you get a second opinion or maybe even a third and include a podiatrist in the group and then make your decision. I am not confident that the problem you described is as simple as shaving off the bone, so I'd get it checked out further. Best wishes - eko
