Healing a foot neuroma without surgery ?
I am trying to cure a foot neuroma.

Is it likely to heal without surgery? If so, what do you suggest?

wide toe box shoes or sandals, orthotic, low heals
nothing tight that compresses the metatarsals

Also suggest metatersal foot pads from your local pharmacy. lots of ice packs and try some foot sprays that have menthol in them. This helps me quite a bit. Try to rest it as much as possible,.
