I'm new here and appologize if you've covered this question before. I have really flat feet and a lot of arthritis in my feet and ankles, among other places. I've recently developed a painful soft corn between my little toe and the next one. It is causing problems walking and even sleeping. I'm not wearing different shoes (no tight shoes for me) and certainly no heels. I should be wearing orthodics but haven't had them made. Does anyone know what to do?

I've read that placeing a padding like a piece or ball of cotton between the two toes can help keep the pressure off the soft corns. Other than that your Podiatrist may recomend removal via surgery.
