You are walking 7 kms in Converse One Stars????

Are these the old Chuck Conners?
You need some better shoes! Personally I would reccomend the Saucony 3D Grid Hurricane. It is a running shoe, but it has fantastic cushioning with their "Grid" system. It is like you have a little trampoline in the heel of the shoe, but then there is excellent support too. They are the only shoes I was able to wear when I did retail management and was on my feet for 8-12 hours a day. They were also recommended by my Podiatrist and Orthopedic Surgeon. Spenco makes great inserts too - also recomended by Pods and Orthos.
Give the better shoes and cushining/supportive inserts a chance. You might be suprised.
