Hi all,
Well when i was little i had fallen arches and i'm not sure if i'm getting it back. for the past year maybe i've been getting this strange feelings in my foot. I'd be walking along then all on a sudden my foot would just go. it would feel like someone is holding either end of the muscle under my foot near the arch and pulling it. now although it doesn't hurt the feeling is horrible and uncomfortable.
Now last night i was out and i started getting twinges in my left foot but thought nothing of it. Then i came home and took my shoes off to have a look. Just on my arch i could see like a little bump under my skin and if i pressed on it it wud go down. for the whole night i was lying there and felt it popping. i have a foot support on it now. So i thought myabe i'm getting it back. but i was coming home and i was on my bf bike and i had my foot on the pedel. i could feel the vibrations coming up through my foot and that little bumnp kept contracting and and then what felt like poping so then maybe i thought it was a trapped nerve in my foot.

Any ideas would be realy really helpful
