Painful Cracked Heels
Hi All,

I have been dealing with painful creacked heels for many years. I have tried all of the lotions and creams and nothing helps. I have also recently tried a pedicure, but I think that may have actually made it worse. With summer here, I am either barefoot or wearing flip-flops and my feet are a mess.

Does anyone have a tried and true method to help heal cracked heels? What products do you use?

Thanks for any advise or suggestions.

I got a pedicure last week and the lady said it is a sign of athlete's foot. The cracks on my heels cause me to limp alot, so I am very desperate to fix this. I am trying Lotrimin spray right now. I guess we will see if it works.

My mother in law went to her podiatrist for the same thing, he told her to put vaseline on her heels at night and wear a socks to bed. Big difference!
