I had to wear mine for 6 weeks... ugghhh, I am on foot # 2 (had 2nd surgery after first foot reached 7 weeks) and have been wearing this black shoe for 3 months now... tomorrow is my last day!
I was suppose to wear mine for 4 weeks and ended up in it for 8. After eight weeks the boot was bothering my knee so I am in a surgical shoe for 5 weeks then we will see if that's it. The boot was good because my foot was better supported and ached less than in the shoe. Also I wore a cast for 4 weeks before the boot.

hello I went to doc today got stiches out and got told that it was ok to put all my weight on my foot now (2 weeks post op) we will have to see how that goes he said to start by walking with my crutches and then eventuly ditch them all together (o i can't wait for that day) he said that i will be in this boot at least until the end of the July and then if all is well i will move back into my ugly blue surgical shoe so we will see have a happy 4th of july
