ice for pf - Foot Problems Message Board

Does anyone know if it is ok to put ice on your feet for pf every night? I try to put the ice on my feet before I go to bed for twenty minutes. My dr didn't say how long to do it for? It has only been a week, but I figure, if I keep doing it, then maybe the swelling will go down for good

I iced my feet about 15 min twice a day, or as needed. I would ice the bottom of my feet. You can freeze a bottle of water and roll your feet on it or just use a gel pack.

I ice my feet whenever needed, usually after a workout or before bed. I also use a frozen water bottle and roll it back and forth under my foot.
