i was told i had plantar fasciitis in right heel & got cortisone shot,most painful experience ever,that was at pod ofc, then went to an ortho who sent me to p.t. which did not help, then ortho ref me to ano orhto that spec in feet & he rx night splint which has not helped either, now being ref to ortho surg spec in feet!! My pain is not just in a.m. but all day, it includes now my ankle, knee & if i try to walk around(read hobble), my hip & back, have had to stay home since my back/hip went out, doing ok as long as stay off feet,but if i am up & around too much at home,things escalate rapidly. anyone else had similar experience? I have also tried numerous orthotics & new good supportive shoes. It does not seem to make any difference which shoes i try to wear, foot still hurts. Also when this started in nov 05, my right heel was just a "crunchy" feeling in a.m. for a few weeks-then the knife & burning pain started. Now my left foot is doing the "crunchy" thing some mornings-so i'm afraid its going down too. HELP,Please!![url]http://www.healthboards.com/boards/newthread.php#[/url]
