Ok all, I'll be leaving in a couple of hrs for my surgery. Just gotta take a deep breath and roll thru the front door at the hospital. My daughter will post later today (hopefully) and let you all know how it went. I'm sure it will be fine,and I know I will have a nerve block also, so I don't expect any pain today. What happens after that heaven only know. Hopefully, I'll be back sometine next week. everyone take care.
Hey everyone it's the daughter with the post-surgery news.
Everything went fine in surgery, no issues. She's enjoying the fact that there is a nerve block right now but it looks like it's gonna be pretty painful when that wears off But other than that everything looks good and she's resting in her hospital room right now. That's pretty much all the news I have for now, the Doc said she may only have to be in for the weekend, but her first sponge change won't be till monday, so we'll see how that goes. I'll post updates as needed and check back to give her any msgs and what not!
