I'm wondering if anyone can offer some advise.
4 months ago I had a fall, where I slipped forward on a wooden floor, landing on my knees and elbows at the same time. My knees landed on a metal up right narrow bar in the door way, and was bruised badly for a couple of weeks. During these last few months I have had x-rays, and nothing showed up as broken. Plus I've had endless visits to the physiotherapist for treatment because of the pain and pins and neeedles I have in my legs, and in my ankle. I have a feeling under my foot like there is an elastic band going to snap. My ankle is so swollen, I can not turn my left foot in, or circulate my ankle or foot. I limp around until I can no longer walk, and I must sit down or lay down. The only relief I get is when I take a warm bath and after a while the swelling goes down a little, and it relieves some of the pain.I have been seeing a physiotherapist for months now, and I honestly don't feel I'm ever going to be normal again.
I have a walking stick to help me when I need to go out.
I'd like to sincerely ask, has any one suggestions? I have seen so many medical advisers, and have no real answers of what to do to try to help heal my leg, ankle and foot. The other leg suffers to, from having to take my weight on it.
