| Across the top?
I'm just sort of hoping that maybe someone might know what could be causing pain across the top of my foot. I've had 2 fascia releases, the most recent one was about 5 years ago, but I don't think this would be the cause of my problems. I did notice a few weeks ago, that out of nowhere almost the whole side of foot turned black and blue and that's when the pain began. It feels like the top of my foot is going to crack in half.
Does anyone have any ideas? I am reluctant to go to the doctor.
