| Classic neuropathy symptoms
Both feet....mostly in the toes, but on bad days the top half of the foot....buring, tingling, numbness. To the touch they are warm, color is good as well, I therefore assume no circulation problems
- I have an office job and sit for hours at a time, it gets worse with long periods of sitting.
- Full Medical in May, no sign of diabetes
- They feel better at night when I have my feet up and when I am sleeping (thank god), not worse.
- I am very active and walk about 5 - 7 miles per day, also workouts which include stationary bike
There are days when I have no symptoms, others when they drive me crazy, but the common thread seems to be log periods of one position. When I walk, no problem, same when I work out.
I suspect nerve damage coupled with neuroapthy......what works for relief? I am having one of those bad days today, sitting here at my desk with crocs on which I change out of when I go to a meeting etc......
