| Plantar fasciitis both feet PLUS 2 aching ankles
4 months now, I've been suffering terribly with double plantar fasciitis and 2 aching ankles. I'm on my 2nd podiatrist but they are using conservative traditional methods that don't give me relief. I don't know where to turn anymore. I can't do anything. I hurt all the time, no matter what position. The only way I get some relief is if I lay in bed in the fetal position. When I get out of bed, it doesn't take long before I'm suffering again. HELP! I can't take it anymore. (I also have a herniated L5/S1 disc, and hormonal imbalances that helped me to reach 335 lbs. I also have sleep apnea and can't get a good nights sleep. I feel like nobody can help me. I've been on heavy pain meds for 10 yrs, but they don't help much. I recently got an epidural injection into my L5/S1 nerve root, but it made everything worse. Now my legs hurt too. It also feels like someone kicked me in the groin. Can anybody suggest a direction for me to go to get relief ?, (besides suicide).
